In today’s fast-changing world of work, leadership is no longer just about results—it’s about people, resilience, and the ability to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Leadership Development, I partner with leaders and organizations to build strong, human-centered cultures where people and performance thrive. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and coaching, helping individuals and teams move forward with greater awareness, alignment, and impact.
As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), I bring a grounded and practical approach to leadership development—combining workplace psychology, coaching, and real-world experience.
What also sets my work apart is my integration of a right-brain coaching approach—creating space for intuition, reflection, and deeper insight. Beyond problem-solving, I help leaders access a different kind of intelligence: one that allows them to pause, see more clearly, and lead with greater intention and authenticity.
I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with organizations across the pharmaceutical, retail, financial, and public sectors, including developing and delivering initiatives such as “Wellness and Wellbeing in Challenging Times” for the Federal Government. Through this work, I support leaders in understanding how change impacts people at every level—and how to turn those challenges into opportunities for growth.
Beyond my client work, I am proud to have co-founded the International Coach Federation (ICF) Atlantic chapter, where I served as President and continue to contribute as Past President, supporting the growth of the coaching community.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:
People are capable of more than they think.
When leaders create the right environment, individuals and teams don’t just perform—they thrive.
Bilingual in French and English, I am known for my calm presence, deep listening, and ability to create a space where meaningful conversations—and real transformation—can happen.
